Who this policy covers
This privacy policy explains how Reestorian, operated by Anjam Javed, handles information collected through waterdamagerestorationlittletonco.net and through calls made to the phone number listed on the site.
Information collected
When you visit the site. Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit. The site does not use a contact form and does not ask you to create an account.

Analytics. The site may record when a phone number link is tapped, to measure which pages help people reach help. If analytics tools are added, they will be described here.
Call recording and Colorado law
Calls may be recorded. Colorado law permits recording a phone call with the consent of one party to the call, under C.R.S. § 18-9-303. Callers from other states may be covered by their own state's laws. By continuing a call after being told it may be recorded, you consent to the recording.
How information is used
- To connect your call with an independent, participating local service provider (see the accessibility statement for help using the site)
- To operate, maintain and improve the site and the call service
- To measure call volume and quality
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse
How information is shared
- With service providers. When your call is connected, the participating provider receives your call and the information you share.
- With call-routing and hosting vendors. Third-party vendors that route calls or host the site may process information on Reestorian's behalf.
- For legal reasons. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Reestorian does not sell personal information for money. Connecting your call to a participating provider is the purpose of the service and may involve compensation to Reestorian.
Colorado Privacy Act
The Colorado Privacy Act, in effect since July 1, 2023, applies to businesses that control or process the personal data of 100,000 or more Colorado consumers a year, or 25,000 or more while earning revenue or a discount from selling personal data. Reestorian does not currently expect to meet those thresholds. If it does, this policy will be updated to describe your rights to access, correct, delete and opt out.
Data security and breach notice
Reasonable steps are taken to protect the information collected. If a security breach involving personal information of Colorado residents occurs, notice will be provided as required by C.R.S. § 6-1-716, which requires notice to affected Colorado residents no later than 30 days after a breach is determined, and to the Colorado Attorney General when 500 or more residents are affected.
